  • Use art for pfp, thumbnail, study, reference

  • Crop or resize art

  • Print the art for personal use

  • Post art on social media with my credits

  • Remove my signature

  • The client may not, under any circumstances, claim credit for the creation of the artwork

  • Use my art for AI

  • Sell the artwork commercially without purchasing the rights

Terms of service

Booking a commission confirms your agreement to the following terms:

  • I keep the full rights to all my work

  • I reserve the right to showcase the artwork, recording process, or live streams on my social media platforms

  • If you require the piece to remain private, please inform me upfront

  • Payment via PayPal, Monobank

  • Payment is done 50/50 before work + after confirmed sketch

  • Little edits if you want to correct something in a middle of the work will be free for 2 times and then you need to pay about 5-10 $ per one edit

  • Please notify me of any specific deadlines before we begin. I need to know your timeline in advance, even if it isn't urgent

  • Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted

  • If specific details are not provided before I begin, I will use my own creative discretion

  • I retain the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time for any personal reason

  • The artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased (x2 of the price)
